Meet the Owners
Our Beltone Hearing Care Centers are family owned and operated by Ken and Concetta Clark. Theirs is truly a story of compassion for increasing the hearing health of their patients across Chicagoland.
Their history began with a blind date after Concetta’s father, Hanns Bell, a hearing care center owner, discovered that Ken’s grandmother, Julie, was taken advantage of by another local hearing aid center. Hanns bought the hearing care center that never delivered Julie’s hearing aids. Eventually, Diane Clark, Ken’s mother, began working for Hanns’ new clinic and discovered Hanns had a daughter around her son’s age. She was eager to set them up! Ken and Concetta’s date went swimmingly, and the two were married six month later. For the next 26 years, Ken and Concetta would take over Hanns’ hearing care centers to bring the best quality of life possible to the communities in which they reside.
Ken manages daily operations while Concetta received extensive training and licensing in audiology. They have continued Hanns’ mission and passion to create and retain long term relationships with their patients. They want every person who walks in their clinics to feel like family, and they strive to ensure their treatment reflects this. As Ken says, “People don’t really care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
This same attitude is reflected in each of our hearing care specialists at all of our locations. We can’t wait for you to become part of our Beltone family!
